(1)   The SOHOMINIUM platform is a proprietary service (SOHOMINIUM Services is the Proprietor) and governed by house rules prescribed herein or amended as appropriate from time to time.

(2)   Subscribing members shall conduct themselves in business-like manner at all time while at the premises. No illegal / immoral activities shall be conducted in the premises. Subscribing members shall indemnify and keep indemnified the management for any financial loss (or otherwise) so caused by such activities.

(3)   As the premises is office-oriented, cleanliness, noise and air pollution are a concern. Therefore smoking and loud music are strictly prohibited.

(4)    Subscribing members shall enter the premises using the individually-coded magnetic cards (hereinafter called Card) issued to each member.

(5)   Subscribing members must ensure the proper use and safety of the Card issued to them. The Card must be returned upon cessation of subscribing membership.

(6)   Entrance to the premises / utilization of the services is limited to the operating hours / categories of membership, and other terms of services. The operating hours are as detailed below:

a.       Shift (1): 09.00 – 17.00           

b.      Shift (2): 17.00 – 01.00           

c.       Shift (3): 01.00 – 09.00

(Not all shifts are available in beginning phase)

(7)   Access to the high-speed broadband Internet service is via wireless devices.

(8)   Seating arrangement is on first-come-first-serve basis. Seats left vacant for more than 15 minutes shall be deemed available for other users (unless otherwise arranged or designated).

(9)   Other than the basic services, utilization of other facilities is subject to availability and additional relevant charges. Prior booking / instruction is required.

(10)                       Subscribing members shall be responsible for the safe-keeping of their personal belongings / properties. Loss / Damage to common properties shall be made good to the satisfaction of the management (deduction from Security Deposit etc).

(11)                       Subscribing members must ensure that their membership is current at all time to enjoy uninterrupted services.

(12)                       Any suggestions for improvement / addition of scopes of services would be welcome and a peers-review system is also in place for membership / renewal screening. The management reserves its rights to amend / modify / change the extent and scope of services. Its decision shall be final in matters related herein.
